RE/MAX Buys Realty One Real Living

Trick or Treat? The rumors have been flying for about a week or so now, and it's finally official. RE/MAX has purchased Realty One Real Living. The deal was finalized today, (Halloween) and the transition is now taking place. RE/MAX has already purchased an additional 5,000 yard signs and they will soon be replacing Realty One Real Living's. This will be a combination unlike any other in Northeast Ohio. RE/MAX will dominate the real estate market owning almost 40% of the market share on the listing and selling side.

RE/MAX and Realty One Real Living are the two largest real estate companies in Northeast Ohio and they have been the top two competitors for real estate in the Cleveland, Ohio area for years. Each broker has thousands of agents and local offices around the greater Cleveland area including downtown. • RE/MAX Real Estate with total sales of 2,615 and holding 15% of the sales market. RE/MAX also has 16% of the listing market.
