Here are the real estate housing trends and property statistics for Parma, Ohio between June and September, 2008. Currently, the homes that are active on the market are asking $95 a SqFt. Homes are currently selling for $82 a SqFt. (Around 95% of their asking price)

Thank you for posting information like this on your website. Love the explanations of what each designation (active, pending, etc.) means so that anyone can understand these statistics. Sounds like the market in Parma isn't quite as bad as in some areas. Thank you so much for the update.
