I've been contacted by an HGTV producer regarding shooting three episodes here in the Cleveland area for one of their programs.What they are looking for are homes with upgrades, appeal, uniqueness, and home owners that are upbeat, and have personalities suitable for television. Preferably no boring homes or owners! If you think you and your home has what it takes, please let me know. I'll need to visit your home naturally and shoot a short video within the next couple of weeks. I'd like to have six or so options to choose from and three will be selected from those.
The HGTV crew will be up in a couple of months to shoot the final episodes. The shoot takes one day. Your home doesn't have to be on the market but you should be able to take constructive criticism and blunt opinions regarding upgrades you've made and pros and cons of your home. Your home's value will be determined during the show.I'd like to possibly use homes in the Ohio City, Tremont, Cleveland Heights, Lakewood and Rocky River areas. Of course many of our surrounding cities and suburbs have unique homes and interesting properties. Ideally your home should be within a half hour from Downtown Cleveland. They're even looking for loft and condo renovations.
