Downtown & Urban Living

Last week I attended a seminar downtown regarding new developments, urban/condo downtown living and Cleveland's future. There was a panel of impressive speakers. Directors of development and community centers from downtown Cleveland, Gateway district, The Avenue, Ohio City, University Circle, Warehouse district, and Battery Park,

If you're considering moving into the city of Cleveland or relocating, I could go on for days about all the new businesses, restaurants, clubs, city service improvements and new state of the art transportation provided, but you really need to see it for yourself. I encourage anyone living here or looking into relocation to visit. Spend a day and see all the amenities within walking distance to anywhere. Live, work, dine and play right in the heart of the city.

Eds, meds and arts. University Circle, a premier urban district with over 1,000 homes being built. Project Presidio, condo flats, Heritage Lane, Historic homes and townhouses in the Glenville area, Duplexes, single family homes, and condos for Case Western and Cleveland State students and hospital employees.

Nightlife and dining is abundant in the Warehouse District and the Flats Downtown. Live and play on the coast with amazing views. Condos to check out: the Pinnacle, Stonebridge Plaza, Perry Payne Lofts, Water Street condominiums, Erie building, and The Cloak Factory.

Hop, Skip, Jump into Ohio City and Tremont. Trendy, hip and close to everything. Check out Bridge Square Townhomes, Franklin Lofts, Painter's Lofts, Clinton Courts, Bergen Village, Clarence Court Townhomes, W.11th and Starkweather Townhouses to name a few.

Theater/Civic area.
The Avenue District offers over 400 units of lofts, penthouses and town homes covering the block between Superior and Rockwell. One of the newest trendiest locations in Cleveland. There's Gateway, the best backyard in the nation: Joshua Hall, Sincere Building Condos, The Loft on Fourth, Park Building, and The Pointe at Gateway.

All properties offer a 10-15 year tax abatement and special financing. The same applies with rehab properties. Whether you want to start a project or move into a completed one, there's something for everyone in Cleveland's east, west and downtown locations.

If you're one of 40,000 people including health care employees; University hospitals and the Cleveland Clinic, You can cash in on not only the tax abatement but also a mortgage assistance program which includes a $10,000 forgivable down payment with five year residence. Contact us to find out more about the newest urban living options or for more details about locations and information.

It's nice to see the downtown resurgence across the country. I live in downtown Seattle and love it.

It's odd. I can do the rural/small town thing. Or I can do the urban city center thing. But I just can't stand the suburbs.

A good friend of mine recently moved back to Seattle. She said when she first came here, she missed home terribly...When she was heading back, she realized she missed this home too.

Seattle is a great city. I'm glad she's taking back a good word about us. =)
