8 Reasons To Invest In Cleveland
1. With the rise of foreclosures in Cleveland Ohio being higher than ever, more renters will be flooding the market.

2. Long term real estate investments are the most solid form of investing. Real estate Appreciation and values rise while renters pay off your mortgage.

3. Now more than ever it's a great time to steal a deal on properties priced well below market value.

4. Owning investment property in the Cleveland area will be a stronger benefit and value in the coming years with area job growth.

5. Cleveland is known for its medical community and Continental airlines hub. Both are expanding and there will be an influx of new, well paid renters.

6. It's a buyer's market and now is the time to purchase a home, period. It's even a better time to hold them as this market will eventually balance itself and turn once again to a seller's market in the future which means instant demand and equitable profit.

7. It's easier than ever to rehab and maintain properties with the amount of home improvement stores, tips, do it yourself classes and handymen readily available.

8. Using a Realtor to find investment property for you, negotiate on your behalf, do all the pricing legwork, paperwork, escrow, closing, etc. is FREE! Let someone else do it for you. Contact us anytime to discuss investing or to obtain a list of all HUD, foreclosures or bank owned properties in the Cleveland Ohio area.

It's interesting to hear there is some expansion going on.

Your site will be beneficial to follow. I'm living in Southern California current though I was born and raised in Northern Ohio and spent a number of years in Cleveland proper (on the West side!). :)

I'm interested in getting a place there to stay when I'm in town visiting my family. Seems like everyone moved out and when I finally did too, they all started marching back to that area.

Weird.

My boyfriend is also looking at Cleveland for investment properties.

I found you thru Entrecard and I'll add you to my 'favorites' so I can come back regularly.

(West side!)

I work with a lot of Californians who invest here. I guess the overpriced homes there make Cleveland seem like a buy one get one free deal.

Thanks for the comment and I'll see you on EC!

=)

I think that your #1 reason is most important. People will truly be much more desperate for rental housing.

Do you know of any title companies in Ohio (Cleveland, specifically) that will do simultaneous closes?

I talked to a couple and they acted like I was going to walk into their offices with a mask and gun.

Jeff - Please call or email me so we can discuss this...

Oh, and I don't mind the gun, but leave out the mask!!
